These Terms govern SMS and voice messages from The Screen Depot, Inc. We send messages for marketing and customer service purposes, described below. Which messages you receive depends on how you gave us permission and where you are in your project.
What we send: confirmation that we received your estimate request, follow-up messages to schedule your free estimate, and information about the products and services you asked about.
How you opt in: submit an estimate request through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, and check the box agreeing to be contacted by text. The consent box is optional - you can request an estimate without it.
Message frequency: typically five or fewer messages per estimate request unless you continue the conversation with us.
What we send: appointment confirmations when you schedule, reminders the day before and the morning of your appointment, service status updates, and scheduling changes.
How you opt in: give permission when you schedule an appointment with us by phone or in person, or by checking the consent box on an estimate request form.
Message frequency: typically three messages per appointment, plus updates if your schedule changes.
What we send: follow-up about a quote we've provided, and a request for a review after your project is complete.
How you opt in: the same consent you gave when requesting an estimate or scheduling an appointment covers these messages.
Message frequency: low. A few messages after a quote, and one or two after a completed job.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an estimate.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages from that program. Reply START to resubscribe.

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our services and messaging programs are intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
